Registration & Pricing
- Early Registration (by Jan 31, 2026): $899
- Regular Registration (by Apr 30, 2026): $1,250
- Late Registration (by May 30, 2026): $1,500
Hotel Rates
- Double occupancy (shared room): $440 per person for 4 nights
- Single occupancy: $880 per person for 4 nights
Total Cost Estimate
- Registration + Room Cost: Between $1,339 (Early Registration with roommate) and $2,380 USD (Late Registration, no roommate)
- Flight Estimate: $1,000 (Book on own, within Europe will be less)
- Travel meals outside of event: $100
- Total Cost Estimate to attend: Between $2,439 USD and $3,480 USD
