Resources to Support Your Anti-racism Discipleship Journey
By Bener Agtarap

In a world where racism continues to divide and devalue lives, the Church is called to be a witness to something radically different – God’s inclusive, reconciling love. That’s why Discipleship Ministries launched the Anti-racism Discipleship Initiative – a bold, Spirit-led movement that equips local church leaders to confront racism as an essential part of following Jesus.
Grounded in Wesleyan theology and inspired by Jesus’ ministry of love and justice, this initiative offers an intentional discipleship pathway that transforms both hearts and systems. Through the new booklet, Anti-racism Discipleship: An Intentional Discipleship Pathway in the Face of Systemic Racism, leaders receive practical tools, scriptural grounding, and ministry ideas to address racism personally, communally, and systemically.
This is more than a resource – it’s a call to action.

To “do no harm, do good, and stay in love with God” means standing with the oppressed, building inclusive communities, and living out our faith in ways that heal and restore. Whether you’re just starting the conversation or deep into the work of justice, this movement invites you to journey together in hope, repentance, and transformation.
Let’s follow Jesus into the heart of justice. Let’s reimagine discipleship that changes lives—and the world.
